Kingseye is a recruitment company based in the UK. Our primary focus is to ensure that customers recieve highly trained candidates who fit their needs.

Our process usually begins with a call to discuss what the specific needs of the customer are. During this call, we aim to clarify what training and competency requirements are needed for new recruits. Once we have these details, we will cross reference it with our list of candidates.

This will allow us to find a candidate which is a perfect match, then we will ensure that they are trained to the standard specified by the customer.

Once the recruit is trained and begins work, we will ensure that all certificates and training data is shared, on top of this, we also offer a service to send reminders when their training is up for renewal. The furthest level we can offer is to also source the training, completely removing this from the managers responsibility. Prices vary depending on the level of service.

This will ensure that training and competency requirements for each new employee will remain compliant with the business needs.
